This is the first policy brief in a series of three that have been compiled as one input into the revision of the Protected Areas Law (2008) by the members of the Alliance for the Recognition of Customary Tenure in Cambodia. It summarises analyses and makes key recommendations for ways to streamline the establishment of Community Protected Areas in Cambodia.
